On April 24, two similar accidents were recorded in Krasnodar. So, on Severnaya Street, a 20-year-old driver of a foreign car exceeded the speed limit and made an uncontrolled skid. The owner of a Mercedes car was moving along Severnaya Street from Filatov towards Peredovaya. As a result of the accident, the car flew to the curb and support of power lines. The young man was not hurt. He was brought to administrative responsibility. The violator faces a fine for damaging road structures. It can be 10 thousand rubles.

Another road accident took place on Lukyanenko street of the regional center. The driver of the BMW car was driving from the side of Krasnykh Partizan Street towards Kalinin and crashed into a power transmission pole. There are no casualties. The car owner faces a fine. If you crash into a post and damage it, then you face a fine under Article 12.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for damaging roads, railways or other road structures. The punishment under this article is a fine. It ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles. If the driver left the scene of the accident, then he will face a severe punishment – deprivation of rights for a period of one to one and a half years or administrative arrest for up to 15 days. Even if there is no second participant in the accident, a collision with an electrical support is classified as a standard accident. Compensation for damage to the support will be covered by OSAGO, and you will have to pay for car repairs yourself.
