The special fire safety regime in Khakassia, which is in effect from April 10, has been extended until May 30. The reason for this is the increase in the number of domestic and natural fires in the republic, warm weather, which carries risks of high classes of fire hazard.
The Department of Civil Defense and Emergencies of Khakassia reminds that during this period it is forbidden to make fires, burn garbage, and carry out flammable work. It is unacceptable to kindle a fire in the forest, in the steppe, in the country and in the personal plot, in the territories of settlements and enterprises.
During stable, dry, windy weather, stoves and boiler installations should not be heated without spark extinguishers.
It is forbidden to hold mass events at facilities that are not equipped or have faulty fire automation and warning systems. In places where there is no telephone connection, the required number of emergency exits.
Violators of the regime will be brought to administrative or criminal liability. It depends on the extent of the damage done.
Citizens are subject to a fine ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 rubles. For officials – from 15,000 to 30,000 rubles. For individual entrepreneurs – from 30,000 to 40,000 rubles. Legal entities can pay from 200,000 to 400,000 rubles.
