The man made a riot in the remand prison and hit two employees of the colony.
The incident took place at the end of March 2021. According to the investigation, the arrested person, who is in remand prison-2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region, refused to comply with the order of detention. The man hit one of the guards with his hand in the neck area, the second with his head in the face.
Now all the circumstances of the incident are being established, said the press service of the Investigative Department of the TFR in the Astrakhan region. The Ikryaninsky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against an aggressive prisoner for disrupting the activities of the isolation ward.
