In the Gorodovikovsky district of Kalmykia, illegal removal and movement of the fertile soil layer was carried out.
The State Inspector of the Land Supervision Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor Directorate for the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the course of checking the implementation of land legislation, revealed the fact of illegal removal and movement of the fertile soil layer. In particular, on the territory of the Gorodovikovsky district, as a result of plowing the land, the natural soil cover is disturbed, the fertile layer is mixed with its less valuable lower layers, which leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of pastures and the ecological situation.
Based on the results of the check, the perpetrators will be brought to administrative responsibility, Part 1 of Art. 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
