We are categorically against the parliament not working, the deputies must pass laws in the current situation, ”said the leader of the socialists.
Let us remind you that during today’s session, the Constitutional Court decided that the self-dissolution of the parliament is impossible.
This was announced by the judge of the Constitutional Court Domnika Manole. This means that you need to act by the methods provided by the Constitution.
The Constitutional Court once again noted that there are only two constitutional ways to dissolve parliament: non-approval of the government within 45 days and non-adoption of laws by deputies within 90 days.
