Employees of the Khabarovsk electrical networks again recorded the fact of the shooting of power equipment from a hunting weapon. Because of this, there were disruptions in the operation of the power supply system. After the shooting of the insulators of the 35 kV overhead line, the subscribers did not receive more than eight thousand kW / h of electricity.

As the AmurMedia news agency specified in the press service of the Khabarovsk Electric Networks branch of DRSK, two cases of shutdown were recorded on March 30 and 31 on the 35 kV Berezovaya – Briakan overhead line. As a result, two settlements of the municipal district named after Polina Osipenko were left without electricity: the villages of Briakan and Veselaya Gorka.

In both cases, the power engineers, when inspecting the damaged sections of the line, revealed broken insulators, shot from weapons. Experts explain this by the fact that the power line is laid in the forest, where hunters hunt animals and birds. Such damage is not uncommon.

It took power engineers several hours to restore the line to normal operation and resume power supply to local residents. According to preliminary data, the damage caused to the energy company by illegal actions of third parties is estimated at 10.5 thousand rubles.
