How to safely fry kebabs, firefighters told the Pskov residents

Warm weather is established in the Pskov region, many residents of the region go to nature or suburban areas, fry kebabs, but often violate fire safety rules. As was told “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Pskov region, in order to avoid unpleasant consequences, residents and guests of the region are advised to observe several rules.

Firstly, cook meat only on the grill. Secondly, it must be located away from home and outbuildings in a specially equipped place. There are, however, other nuances to consider.

“Do not leave a lit brazier unattended, and, moreover, do not trust children to make a fire. Do not light a fire or barbecue over low-growing trees. When preparing kebabs, do not forget that sparks blown by the wind can scatter over a long distance, then smoldering and burning begins, “the press service of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations noted.

Third rule: Never use flammable and flammable liquids for ignition, such as gasoline and kerosene. The flame from them can be strong and flaring up sharply, and, therefore, can scorch a person. “Flammable vapors during the presentation of a match can scorch you, and if there is at least one spark in the brazier or fire, then it is possible that a bottle of liquid can flare up in your hands,” the Pskov rescuers explained the danger of this method of making a fire.

Against this background, the press service of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Pskov region recalled that neglect of fire safety rules can lead to a fire.
