In Barnaul, near 11 emergency buildings, a high alert mode will be introduced. The decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of the commission for the prevention and elimination of emergencies, which was chaired by the mayor of the city Vyacheslav Frank.
As altapress.ru clarifies, the high alert regime is introduced within the boundaries of the adjoining territories of apartment buildings on Promyshlennaya, Sovetskaya Armii, Petra Sukhova, Zapadnaya, Timurovskaya and Tsehovaya streets.
The heads of the districts are obliged to organize daily monitoring of the condition of the houses, before the issuance of an expert opinion on the survey. If there is a threat to the life and health of residents of emergency houses, it is necessary to organize temporary accommodation centers.
In addition, the head of the city ordered the strengthening of two apartment buildings on Zapadnaya and Sovetskaya streets so that residents could safely take out their property.
On April 8, it was reported that the TFR began checking the fact of the collapse of a part of the wall of a two-story residential building in Barnaul. He was recognized as an emergency in 2013. After the collapse of the brickwork, the walls of 23 residents of the building were evacuated, no one was injured.
