The head of Chuvashia, Oleg Nikolaev, was vaccinated against the coronavirus. He announced this during a weekly planning meeting on Monday, April 26, writes “Chuvashinform”.
According to the head of the region, he signed up for vaccinations through the uservices portal, and was vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine last Saturday. On Monday, Nikolaev issued a health monitoring diary on the portal.
Nikolaev noted the convenience of the procedure for registering for vaccination, indicating the absence of “unnecessary actions”.
“I recommend everyone to use this opportunity. The state of health after vaccination is good, I reflected all this in my health observation diary, ”he said.
According to the stopkoronavirus.ru resource, 24 thousand cases of coronavirus were detected in Chuvashia, 21.8 thousand people recovered, 1352 patients died.
Earlier, on April 21, the head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said that the activity of vaccination against coronavirus infection in Russia is high. The minister also noted that collective immunity from coronavirus in the country is planned to be formed by August this year.
On the same day, the head of state, Vladimir Putin, during the announcement of the annual message to the Federal Assembly, urged Russians to be vaccinated against COVID-19. He also pointed out that all citizens should have the opportunity to get vaccinated so that collective immunity from coronavirus is formed in the fall.
