In the evening of July 30 on the air of the TV channel “78” the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov gently but unequivocally accused “individual deputies” of the Legislative Assembly of the incompleteness of the so-called “Law on liqueurs” (about which “MK” in St. Petersburg ”has already written in sufficient detail).
“The adoption of the law on” liqueurs “- the haste of individual deputies, – said the governor. – Our bars in the city center are our urban specialty. ”
And he practically repeated the thought expressed in our publication: “It is not for us to stop this culture.”
Recall that on July 23, Alexander Beglov has already signed the notorious document, without insisting on its completion. Although at the very first meeting of the working group “to save the author’s bars” on July 30, the result of the legislative activity of the deputies was again subjected to serious criticism.
“The law will be amended accordingly,” Beglov said on TV. It remains to assume that this promise itself already has the force of law, although, as always, the main difficulties are hidden in the details.
