The press service of the Kostroma Federal Postal Administration notified fellow citizens that he had a new boss. Alexander Vyacheslavovich Tychinin became the postmaster of Kostroma.
The new head of the Kostroma post office will have to deal with debugging and modernization of post offices in the near future, for which he will have to work on improving technological processes and developing a network of post offices in the region and improving work with clients.
The tasks, of course, are good, but there is a question – can they, in principle, be solved while maintaining the current meager salaries of postmen?
There is a suspicion that the new appointment is precisely this circumstance and is based on: after all, the new chief postman of Kostroma is an economist by profession (he graduated from the Amur State University) and a financier by profession: he has already worked in senior positions at PJSC Bank “Financial Corporation Otkrytie” , PJSC B&N Bank, OJSC Commercial Bank Kedr.
So the new Kostroma postmaster certainly understands financial flows …
