Spectators who come with a family of no more than five people can be accommodated in concert, theater and cinema halls without taking into account the safe distance between each other. This was announced on Friday, August 7, by the Minister of Culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova.
“Those people who came as a family are definitely together. It is strange if people who came, for example, to the Moscow Philharmonic, brought a child with them, would maintain a social distance between themselves, and come to the Philharmonic together and leave. Moreover, we understand that if little listeners come to our hall, the presence of a parent is necessary from the point of view of the comfort of all those present, ”TASS quoted Lyubimova as saying.
She noted that the relaxation of measures will depend on the epidemiological situation in each region of the country. As a result, the repertoire will also be formed based on the current situation. In particular, it is still premature to talk about the return of organized school trips to theaters.
“Everything about how tickets are sold and what will happen will be decided as information comes from Rospotrebnadzor, from regional Rospotrebnadzor,” the minister concluded.
In the regions of Russia, theaters are resumed at different times, depending on the epidemiological situation in a particular subject. For example, on July 9, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote in his blog that from August 1 in the capital it is allowed to restore the work of theaters, cinemas, concert halls, which have no more than 3 thousand seats and with the condition of filling the auditorium with no more than 50 %.
In addition, in mid-July, it turned out that almost three quarters of Russians missed the thrill of going to the cinema, while more than a third of the audience were ready to visit cinemas immediately after opening.
