The working group of the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region at the meeting considered the results of the activities of the carriers in the region, whose indicators do not meet the requirements.
Individual entrepreneur MA Tolkachev from Serpukhov was among the unscrupulous passenger carriers. This entrepreneur showed low efficiency indicators: flight disruptions, non-compliance with the timetable, as well as violation of passenger transport traffic patterns. The specialists of the ministry recommended that the leadership of the city district of Serpukhov go to court with a claim to terminate the activities of this entrepreneur on two bus routes.
