Kalmyk athletes with disabilities took part in the open interregional sports contest, which took place on March 20 in the town of Blagodarny, Stavropol Territory.
Competitions were held in such sports as checkers and chess, table tennis, basketball, darts and power sports – arm wrestling, kettlebell and bench press, barbells.
As a result, the national team of Kalmykia won 5 gold and 4 silver medals.
1st place in table tennis – Taras Ogaev, Aranzal Boldyrev, Olga Mukobinova.
1st place in kettlebell lifting and powerlifting – Nasir Khaliko, Rustam Termitov.
1st place in armwrestling – Dmitry Gerasimov.
2nd place in arm wrestling – Rustam Termitov.
2nd place in darts – Aranzal Boldyrev, Savr Sarangov, Olga Mukobinova.
2nd team place in boccia – Naran Katmashev, Aisa Titeeva, Savr Sarangov.
1st place in checkers and chess – Aisa Titeeva.
2nd place in checkers and chess – Dmitry Gerasimov.
As noted, the athletes train under the guidance of Elena Burlakova, Evgeny Dzhakuraev, Victoria Zudbinova and Bulgan Mandzhieva.
