The bailiffs of St. Petersburg recovered from the chain of stores compensation for the injured leg in favor of a resident of Yoshkar-Ola.
As the court found, in 2019, the injured woman walked past the store. At the same time, the store employee opened the gate to receive the goods. A gust of wind tore the shutters from the hands of the employee, and they literally demolished a resident of Yoshkar-Ola.
The injury turned out to be serious: for two months after the hospital, the woman walked on crutches.
The court ruled to recover 50 thousand rubles from the retailer as compensation for moral damage to the victim. The retailer did not want to pay them and carried out the court decision only after the intervention of the bailiffs.
