Recently, the Andreapol Museum of Local Lore has been replenished with new donated exhibits. This was reported in the official group of the museum on VKontakte.

Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences S. V. Naugolnykh from Moscow, a friend of the museum, donated several boxes with fossils. While the inventory and other formalities are underway, the director of the museum, Valery Linkevich, shared the first photographs.

He added that due to the large amount of routine work, writing scientific cards and many other notes about the life of the museum began to appear a little less often.

– In the meantime, as they say, “for joy”, photographed for your review here is such a nucleus of ammonite and prints of psilophytes (the latter – a whole box, that is, a collection), – says the director of the institution.
