A 37-year-old resident of the region is awaiting trial in the Oryol region on charges of murdering a barely known woman. This is reported by the regional SU of the TFR.
The investigation believes that on August 14, in the center of Oryol, the accused drank alcohol with a 50-year-old woman, whom he met on the same day. There was a conflict between them, during which the man struck the victim four times with a knife in the neck area, as well as ten punches on the neck and head. The woman died on the spot, and the attacker fled, InfoOrel.ru writes.
During the investigation, 20 forensic examinations were carried out, witnesses were interviewed and other measures were taken to establish all the circumstances of the incident. The suspect was detained.
Investigation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder” is completed. The materials were submitted to the court for consideration.
On April 27, it was reported that a resident of the Chelyabinsk region was accused of killing six homeless people. According to the investigation, in 2020 in Miass, the 30-year-old defendant met men, mostly homeless, under the pretext of sharing alcoholic beverages. After that, in uncrowded places, he inflicted multiple blows on the head of the victims with a hammer.
