The public service feedback platform (PIC) “Government Services. We Decide Together” by the end of 2021 will be launched in all regions of the country. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, the head of the Government Coordination Center Dmitry Chernyshenko.
At a meeting with the leaders of digital transformation (RCT) of federal authorities, Chernyshenko said that when forming the Government Coordination Center, special emphasis was placed on the possibility of receiving prompt and high-quality feedback from the population. According to him, the PIC functionality will cope with this task.
It is noted that the RCT should provide the client service of the platform, including the quality of processing citizens’ requests.
The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that an important option for citizens on a digital platform will be the ability to track the status of processing an appeal and, based on its results, assess the quality of the response or decision received, TASS reports on March 12.
On March 4, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia submitted to the government a proposal to expand the functionality of the public services portal by adding new services, for example, information from the register of microfinance organizations.
Earlier in February, Chernyshenko announced that about 200 government services, which are currently provided in paper form, will be digitalized by 2023. At the same time, he emphasized that each leader of digital transformation faces the task of not only quickly transferring services to digital, but also the promptness of their provision.
It also became known that about 170 new services will be available on the public services portal in 2021. At the moment, citizens can use more than 400 services.
