According to preliminary data, on August 2, 2020, a dog of the Alabai breed attacked several children, most of all went to a three-year-old boy, he has many lacerated and bitten wounds. They were so heavy that the baby had to be hospitalized in a hospital.
The acting head of the department, Oleg Mezrin, instructed the investigators to transfer the materials of the pre-investigation check from the territorial subdivision of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Saratov Region to the district department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee, and then conduct a comprehensive check.
