A billboard because of a strong wind fell on a girl in Mytishchi near Moscow, the minor was hospitalized. This was reported by Olga Vradiy, a representative of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the region.
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred on April 23, when a 9-year-old child and his mother were crossing the road on Kosmonavtov Avenue. A gust of wind blew the billboard off the post and fell on the girl.
Doctors diagnosed the victim with a closed craniocerebral injury. On the fact of the incident, a pre-investigation check was organized.
The day before, due to bad weather, several trees were knocked down in Moscow, one of them fell on a 13-year-old girl. The incident took place in the south-west of the capital, in the area of building 61, building 1 along Sevastopolsky Avenue.
The child was hospitalized, the state of the schoolgirl was not reported.
On the same day, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow issued an emergency warning about rain and hail and increased wind during the day. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to observe safety measures when moving in connection with bad weather.
