The Uzlovsky District Court considered the cases of nine foreign citizens who violated the rules of stay in the Russian Federation.
Some have lost the documents confirming their right to stay on the territory of the Russian Federation, others have overstayed the period of their stay in Russia and did not apply to the appropriate authority.
The citizens were found guilty. Each was sentenced to a monetary fine – from 2 to 2.5 thousand rubles with administrative expulsion from Russia.
The decisions have not entered into legal force and can be appealed in the manner prescribed by law.
According to the latest data, in 2019, 30,000 people arrived in the Tula region, and 30,600 left. Thus, the migration loss was 600 people. Migration loss per 100,000 people in the Tula region reached -3.9. A year earlier, 32,000 migrants arrived in the region, while 33,600 people left. Then the migration loss was 1,300 people.
